Sa me shume te jeni mentalisht te trajnuar, aq me shume jeni racional dhe funksional ne komponenten fizike, at emocionale dhe shpirterore. Nese kemi nje mendje te shendosh, efociente, qe prodhon nje trup organik te shendetshem, atehere pamedyshje do te kemi edhe nje fuksionalitet me te larte dhe me efikas fizik, teknik dhe taktik te nje individi, protagonisti sportiv!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Une ne shume ekspoze te mia profesionale ne fushen e mentales, kam prezentuar metodat dhe teknikat me bashkekohore mentale, te cilat mundesojne trajnimin e trurit ( plasticitetin neuronal, sinaptik).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Metodat dhe teknikat mentale, perve\u00e7 qe trajnojne trurin, ato mundesojne edhe eficience racionale te marrjes, perpunimit dhe te interpretimit te informacioneve vizive, organizativo neuromotorike. Sa me i trajnuar mentalisht po aq me i programuar do te jeni edhe profesionalisht, me larte ne funksion dhe eficience te automatizmit neuromotorik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Protagonistet sp\u00f6rtiv, garuesit te sporteve ekipore dhe ato individuale, n\u00eb cil\u00ebt do qoft\u00eb disciplina sp\u00f6rtive, duhet te trajnohen mentalisht nga trajnera mental te \u00e7artifikuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nese bota perparimtare perendimore, perdor trajnimin mental, dhe ka trajnera mental ne shume disciplina profesionale dhe ato sportive, si edhe te gjitha ekipet sportive olimpike pjesmarrese ne olimpiaden qe po mbahet ne Paris t\u00eb Franc\u00e8s, posedojne ne trupat teknike, profesionale, trajnera mental, dhe bindshem qendrojne me larte ne performance dhe rezultate, eshte fale trajnimit te vazhdueshem mental dhe te posedimit te trajnerave mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nje individ, protagonist profesional sportiv i trajnuar me metoda dhe teknika te avansuara mentale, perve\u00e7 qe truri i tij ka eficience te larte qetesie dhe funksioni neuronal te zgjithjes se detyrave organizative profesionale, garuese, ai trur garuesi, protagonisti sportiv, eshte me shume te njohura organizative, apo thene ndryshe nuk ka te panjohura dhe mbi gjithash eshte larte i programuar ne automatizem te veprimeve neuromotorike dhe performance te larte!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ne sportin kosovar, sidomos ate olimpik dhe profesional, trajnimi mental jo qe miret ne konsiderat, por eshte, tabu, teme, disciplin e pa njohur trajnuese!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Jemi deshmitar, nga viti ne vit ne korelacion komparativ, krahasimor, te shteteve evropjane me te vogla me popullat, me komunitet sportiv dhe te ekipeve sportive si ato te ;
